Rising is a short film inspired by Jasmine Myra’s Still Waters. Told through a blend of narrative and live performance, it follows one character as she moves through moments of struggle, release, and reflection. We were keen to explore the idea that true confidence doesn’t come from performance or striving but from allowing space for every part of yourself. At its core, Rising is a meditation on resilience and the quiet power of self-acceptance.

Rising is a meditation on transformation - a deeply personal yet universally relatable journey of self-acceptance and resilience. The realisation that from the lowest point, the only way forward is up. Inspired by Jasmine Myra’s own reflections, the film reimagines the music journey through the lens of a singular character embodying the emotional landscapes of the music
